The COURTHOUSE OPRY, presented by Hard Cider

For the first time ever, a select group of well-known local musicians--several of them world-renowned--will take the stage at the Historic 1908 Courthouse in Independence, Virginia. Hard Cider, a new acoustic music group based in Grayson County, will host The COURTHOUSE OPRY on Saturday, February 13 at 7:30 p.m. This all-star music review will feature, among others, performances by Wayne C. Henderson, The Yazoo Sisters, Brian Grim, Tim and Debbie Grim Yates, Martha Spencer & Jackson Cunningham, and Casey Hash, as well as Hard Cider. Seating is limited to 100. Tickets are $12.00 and available only by advance sale at Grayson Florist & Antiques in Independence, Barr’s Fiddle Shop in Galax and Mountain Flower Lamps and Shades in Mouth of Wilson. Please note that the elevator in the 1908 Courthouse will stop operating at 7:30 but will resume operation during intermission and at the end of the show. The evening will celebrate this eclectic collection of local music at the Baldwin Auditorium with gourmet edibles in a coffeehouse atmosphere.
