This is a warm-up event for the shows during the 75th Anniversary of the
Blue Ridge Parkway in 2010.

WHERE: In downtown Fancy Gap across from the Fancy Gap Dress Shop
WHEN: July 4 th 2009
WHO: This is a call for Artist, Crafts Makers, Food vendors, Musicians of
all kinds and antique vehicle exhibitors.
HOURS OF OPERATION: 9AM until 5PM, with vendor set-up from 7AM until 8:45AM
MUSIC PERFORMANCE VENUE: The NEWFancy Gap Music Center.
BOOTH SPACE: Limited to 25, so sign up now. Size is 12'x12'. You provide

your table and tents.
BOOTH FEE: $20 for persons who are only selling wares. Active demonstrators
are free of fees.
PARKING: Fancy Gap Trading Post, Lakeview Motel, and Fancy Gap Dress Shop.
FOOD VENDORS REGULATIONS: Members of the Fancy Gap Tourism Committee may
sell foods prepared at home.If prepared onsite, must have Serv-Safe
Certification (class in April) and County License ($20/event or
$100/unlimited for the year if resident of Carroll County)
SPECIAL DEMONSTRATIONS LIKE: Blacksmiths, Potters & Chain saw sculptures
etc. will set-up at Carolina log.
SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS FROM VANS OR TRAILERS: Will be considered on a case by
case if we can accommodate you.
