The County Line Band features traditional and contemporary Bluegrass music with strong vocal harmonies. Drew McDonald is the bass player, from Elloree, SC. Stimey Mathis plays the mandolin and is from Summerton, SC. Jim Lewallen plays guitar and is from Timmonsville, SC. Junior Steelman is from Columbia, SC, and plays the 5-string banjo. The group's love for this music and their enjoyment in playing it can be seen every time they play; whether it is on stage or in an informal jam session with friends. The band has been playing together for almost 8 years in and around the Santee, Pee Dee and Midlands areas of SC.
